EXECUTIVE PROGRAM

The American

Leadership Series

Fifteen executives. Historic American sites. Your real organizational challenge. Each chapter uses the decisions of history's leaders as a lens on the ones you face now.

"The history is the context. The work is organizational. Executives leave with a concrete action plan, not a certificate."

Each Chapter

The Architecture

Not a Conference.

Not a Workshop.

Not a History Tour.

Built for executives who have already done the courses, read the books, and attended the conferences. This is the work that comes after.

Before you arrive, you share the challenge on your desk. Every session is built around the real challenges in the room.

Before

Arrival

Pre-Arrival Diagnostic Intake

Each executive submits the specific friction points and challenges currently facing their organization. The facilitation team reviews every submission. The Thursday evening session is calibrated to the room.

Thursday Evening

The Diagnostic Welcome

Arrival at basecamp. Welcome dinner. Rob Marcus runs the Five Challenges diagnostic with the full cohort. The work begins on night one.

Friday

Classroom, Immersion, and Evening Sessions

Morning classroom with Rob Marcus. Executive charter to the primary historical site with expert guides pre-briefed on the cohort's themes. Return Integration Debrief. Gabriel Nohra session. Evening resilience session with Sean Burch.

Saturday

Second Site and Capstone

Morning classroom. Transit to the secondary site or continued immersion. Return Integration Debrief. Evening capstone resilience session with Sean Burch. Final celebratory dinner.

Sunday Morning

The Integration Debrief

A structured debrief translating the chapter's diagnostic work into a concrete organizational action plan. Executives leave with specific decisions made. The physical artifact is presented after the work is done.

The Facilitation Team

Three Disciplines. One Room.

Rob Marcus

Operational Frameworks and The Five Challenges

Bronze Star recipient and former U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent, with 30+ years of leadership experience, $800M+ in direct prime contract wins, and 100% recompete retention. Rob leads the morning classroom at every chapter, plus the Thursday diagnostic and Sunday debrief. The focus is always the executives in the room.

Sean Burch

Mental and Physical Resilience

An internationally recognized extreme athlete, resilience expert, and performance coach. Sean owns the evening sessions at basecamp across all chapters - structured encounters with personal limits, not workouts. He co-facilitates the return debrief on travel days and the Saturday Integration Debrief. His sessions address executive performance under sustained pressure: decision fatigue, situational awareness, and maintaining function in high-stakes environments.

Gabriel Nohra

Subconscious and Identity Transformation

Internationally acclaimed sound healer, musician, and Master Hypnotist, and the creator of the NOHRA Method - a modality blending music, sound, and hypnosis to address the subconscious belief systems and identity patterns that prevent executives from acting on what they already know. Gabriel's session is integrated into the Friday evening schedule at each chapter.

The Program

Five Chapters. One Progression.

Each chapter is limited to fifteen participants. All chapters follow a Thursday evening arrival and Sunday morning departure to accommodate executive schedules.

Chapter 1 · Virginia

The Architect

Building systems, shifting identity, and the friction of execution.

James Madison designed a constitutional system that outlasted him by centuries. Thomas Jefferson wrote the ideals and spent a lifetime failing to live up to them. This chapter examines both - the architect and the man who struggled to execute his own vision - as the operational mirror for the executives in the room.

Level 1 - The Apprentice · Sterling silver magnetic enamel lapel pin, Blue Stallion crest, no stars.

Chapter 2 · Virginia

The Commander

Command presence, building teams of leaders, and the legacy of letting go.

The burden of holding a fractured system together. Surrounding yourself with people smarter than you. The isolation of command. And the ultimate leadership test: walking away from power when the institution needs you to.

Level 2 - The Apprentice · Sterling silver magnetic enamel lapel pin, Blue Stallion crest with one dark red star.

Chapter 3 · Pennsylvania

The Turning Point

The ideals we fight for, decisive action under fire, and leading with incomplete information.

A powerful tension between the ideals of the Declaration of Independence and the brutal reality of Gettysburg. Friday is Philadelphia - the ideals. Saturday is the battlefield - the cost. What happens when the principles you built your organization on are actively challenged?

Level 3 - The Strategist · Same pin with two dark red stars.

Chapter 4 · Virginia

The Crucible

Leading through crisis, catastrophic failure, and grace under defeat.

The ultimate test of executive endurance: making impossible decisions under catastrophic conditions, managing the collapse of an institution, and navigating the emotional weight of command. Richmond and Appomattox are not history lessons. They are the most precise mirror available for what executives face when everything goes wrong.

Level 4 - The Commander · Same pin with three dark red stars.

Chapter 5 · Washington, D.C.

The Living Republic

Legacy, succession, and the burden of power.

The culminating chapter. The question is no longer about the historical figures. It is about the executive in the room: what is your legacy, and what does the institution look like when you are no longer in it? The Saturday evening Induction Ceremony into the Order of the Stallion closes the program.

Level 5 - The Founder · Signet-style silver ring, horse head face. Presented during private induction ceremony.

The Destination

The Order of the Stallion

The American Leadership Series is a sequential program with a specific destination. Each chapter builds on the last. Executives who complete all five chapters have worked through a structured diagnostic of their organization across four distinct leadership domains - and have the organizational decisions to show for it. They've also met additional personal and professional requirements such as community service, charitable donation and others.

The Order of the Stallion is a private network of executives who have completed the full program. Membership is conferred upon completion of Chapter IV during the Saturday evening induction ceremony. The network exists for peer accountability, access, and the kind of candid conversation that is not possible in most professional settings.

"The ring bears the inscription: Character · Community · Service · Leadership. Completion of the program is not the end. It is the beginning of a different standard of accountability."
